Hi, my name is Jason Stiles. I started working for a framing contractor in the summers when I was 14. I learned the basics of plumb, level, and square from my boss, Bill. He gave me a solid foundation to build my skills on. After this, I went on to work for a roofing and remodeling contractor, Dave. With his guidance, I learned how to protect a house from the elements. Roofing and siding and the good flashing details that contribute to a weather tight envelope. When I was 20, I married my beautiful wife, Rhea Joyce. Shortly after, we started our own construction company. For the past 22 years we have been honing our skills in building and design, and passing them on to our children. Currently my two sons are on staff with us, and it is one of the greatest privileges to pass on the building heritage to them, and work along side them. 
 

We are currently based in Chelan Washington.
